I have had various interactions with Pier Management over the years. But now I feel I should share with you my most recent observations and experience.
In my opinion, this website wouldn't exist if Pier Management had simply sent me an invoice for £201.39. My opinion is based mostly on what motivated me to make this website, in case that wasn't clear.
Oh, and their "legal executive lawyer" at the time (technically for Furatto, but writing on Pier letterhead.. more on that in a bit) was called Mr Bland. Mr Bland! That motivated me a little bit, too.
Pier Management, using their own words, "work for you and your property".
They "strive to deliver the very best in property management services for Leasehold and Freehold owners throughout the UK".
They also state that "Whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant, our highly trained team will work with you to provide a professional service that is both comprehensive and fair".
Let's see how those statements stand up, compared to my Pier Management experience.
